• 2021.10.7: Prof. Wen visited Temple University - Japan.

• 2021.8.15: Prof. Wen gave an online keynote talk titled "LSI Test: A Core Technology for a Successful Semiconductor Industry" at the 2021 IEEE International Conference on Electron Devices and Applications, Nanjing, China, Aug. 15, 2021.

• 2021.7.10: Prof. Wen gave an online invited talk titled "Power-Aware Testing for Low-Power VLSI Circuits" at the 9th IEEE International Symposium on Next-Generation Electronics, Changsha, China, Jul. 9-11, 2021.

• 2021.5.28: The first Global Test Community Quiz (GTCQ) was held as the social event of European Test Symposium 2021. Prof. Wen served on its Quiz Peparatino Tean (QPT).

• 2021.3.29: A joint research meeting between the Wen/Holst Lab and the group of Prof. A. Chakrabarti of Univesity of Calcutta (India) was held.

• 2021.3.25: The graduation ceremony was held. Four undergraduate students and three master students graduated from the Wen Lab.

• 2021.3.3: Dr. Stefan Holst was promoted to the the rank of Associate Professor, effective from April 1, 2021.

• 2021.2.24: Prof. Zhixiong Di of Southwest Jiaotong University, China, gave a talk titled "Detailed Routing Congestion Prediction Technique" at a DISC online event.

• 2021.2.5: Ruijun Ma, a Ph.D. student from the Wen Lab, presented a paper titled "A Novel High Performance Scan-Test-Aware Hardened Latch Design" at the 2021-02 Dependable Computing (DC) Workshop.

• 2021.1.27: Mr. Hugo A. Andrade, Director of Xilinx University Program (XUP), gave a talk titled "Adaptable Intelligent Computing from Edge to Cloud" at a DISC online event.

• 2021.1.13: A student online exchange event was held between Kyushu Institute of Technology and Southwest Jiaotong (China).

• 2021.1.11: A student online exchange event was held between Kyushu Institute of Technology and Univesity of Calcutta (India).
